What is a form 1040?

ALL CLIENTS are subject to receive a copy of their 1040 form once their taxes are accepted by the IRS. Once a copy is provided, it is the taxpayer’s responsibility to keep track of it. There will be a $25 fee associated with any additional copies requested and a 48 hr delivery period.
